"Slow shipping, but it did eventually arrive"
I ordered from Jesus Loves You the delivery took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely moved, so for a few days I had no idea where the package even was. I emailed them once, but the response didn’t really clear anything up. It did finally show up, so I guess that’s something, but it arrived later than I needed it. I can accept that delays happen, but if shipping is normally like this, I probably wouldn’t order again

"Order mix-up was a bit disappointing"
My order arrived with a couple of wrong items, and one item was missing as well. I checked my confirmation email just to make sure, and it definitely didn’t match what I had picked. I reached out to get it sorted, but the response took a while and didn’t really help much. It was a little frustrating since the order was straightforward. I’m not sure I’d order again unless the process improves.

"Return process felt like a runaround"
I tried to return my order and it turned into way more of a hassle than it needed to be. I kept emailing and waiting days for a response, and when someone finally did reply, it felt like I was being passed from one person to another without getting a straight answer.
At first I just wanted to exchange the item, but after all the back and forth and vague instructions, I got tired of dealing with it. I ended up giving up completely, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again...

"Email support was bad"
Trying to deal with them only over email was super frustrating. They took forever to reply, and when they finally did, it felt like they barely even read what I sent. I had to explain the same thing more than once and still didnt get a straight answer. I wouldn’t use them again.

"Sizing was really off"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was completely wrong. A friend had recommended it to me, so I was excited to try it, but the size chart definitely didn’t match my experience...

I bought this thinking it would be a cute, thoughtful gift, but when it showed up it just felt awkward. The listing made it seem sweet and simple, and then the actual item had a totally different vibe.
It looked cheaper in person than it did in the photos, and the message was way more intense than I expected. It kind of felt like the goalposts moved between what I thought I was ordering and what actually arrived.
I ended up not giving it at all and had to run out for another gift at the last minute. Maybe it works if you know the person wants this exact thing, but for me it was a disappointing purchase.

I found them through social media, and their pages seem okay. The posts are fine, though they’re not super active, which usually makes it harder to know what a company is really like. I couldn’t get much from the comments either, and in general you can never really tell much from social media pages anyway. Seems fine overall, just a little hard to judge.

"Sizing feels way off"
I ordered my usual size, but it was way tighter than expected and not comfortable at all. The return process was a hassle too, which made the whole thing more frustrating. This feels preventable if the sizing info were more accurate

"Not worth the cash"
I feel like I paid way too much for what I actually got. The value just wasn’t there, and for the price, I was expecting something way better. Maybe other people had a solid experience, but for me, it was kind of a letdown and felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t use it again, tbh.

"Didn't Match the Friendly Image"
With a name like that, I expected the company to feel a lot more kind and upfront. But my experience was cold and not especially helpful. It’s like they’re putting out this warm, caring message, but then the actual experience didn’t back it up at all. Give me a break. Maybe other people had better luck, but it just didn’t feel genuine to me

I really wanted to like jesuslovesyou.company because the overall message seems positive and the idea behind it is nice. But once I actually tried to interact with the community side, it felt way quieter than I expected.
I posted a question and waited days with nothing back. I get that people are busy, but after checking again and again, it started to feel like I was begging for someone to notice me, which left me kind of resentful.
The heart of the site seems good, but there just wasn’t much real conversation or follow-up in my experience. I hope they build that part up, but right now it feels more like a 2-star experience for me

"Not bad, but a little frustrating to use"
The website loaded slow for me, and a few of the pages were kind of confusing. I was just trying to find some basic info, but I ended up clicking around way more than I expected. It’s not terrible, not terrible at all, but it didn’t feel very smooth. I think it would be a lot better if the layout was simpler and easier to follow

I was annoyed the second I saw the box. It looked messy, cheap, and like nobody bothered to take even a minute to pack it properly. I don’t have much patience for stuff like that, and it definitely wasn’t a good first impression...

I had a hard time trusting the donation info. I kept looking for clear proof of where the charity money actually goes, and I just couldn’t find anything that felt solid. Maybe it’s there somewhere, but it’s too vague, and that vagueness really bothers me. If I’m donating, I want to know where the money goes. I don’t want to guess where it goes, and I definitely don’t want to keep digging just to maybe find an answer

"Pretty disappointing support experience"
I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but... the customer service was frustrating. The support team came across as rude, and replies were super limited — like I was barely getting any help at all. Just not a great experience.

I tried reading through the messages on jesuslovesyou.company, and it was kind of frustrating. The text felt cluttered and hard to follow, like there was just too much happening at once and my eyes didn’t really know where to go.
Some parts confused me enough that I had to go back and reread them, and even then I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to take from it. If the goal is to share something meaningful, it really needs to be clearer, because as it is, I just ended up feeling distracted and...
